UPnP IGD : I am creating a sample application for the Internet gateway devices using CyberLink for Java to check a problem about the UPnP device this week.

Using the sample application, I could post some basic controls such as GetExternalIPAddress and AddPortMapping to BEFSR41 V2 normally. I will add more functions to the sample application, but you can get the latest source codes from the Subversion if you want.

I have just tested your soft to manage IGD devices, i habe a Netgear Router.
And it helped me to understand what IGD is.

I have a question about the security.
Imagine you download a malicous software able to map a port on your router via UPnP IGD service. Is there any security rule or authentification to activate on the IGD to prvent this kind of situation ?

I am looking for a java sample, on how to use the IGD functionality via the clink stack...

You mentioned an example above (pointing to: http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.cgi/cgupnpjava/clinkjava/src/upnp-sample-igd-tool/) but this URL does not seem to be valid anymore... Where can I get this upnp-sample-igd-tool ?
